Look down to the BOOT MODE the try to use your inside head to unlock this phone without testpoint !

Of course Cruiser can unlock CID49 phones without TP.
The only problem is SE have recently made some changes to HW...

I try all boot and all sped and all cable ( normal + uc-10 + uni usb ) not working

Nobody claims Cruiser can unlock all CID49 phones without TP.
Soon you will be completely unable to unlock any of the new SE phones.
With TP or without TP...
Cruiser is just the best you can get.

Some K608i red CID49 can be unlocked without TP, some cannot.
Yours must be unlocked by using TP.
