Can't unlock sharp vs802 with cruiser 4.10. - GSM-Forum

I have just received the new sharp cable which has a connector need 3v dc power, but tried with cruiser 4.10, can not detect the phone. Master Lead could you tell me what is the exactly process to unlock sharp 3g phones. The cable I bought from tele-way, received Friday morning.

YES, WHEN CONNECT PHONE, IF NOT , PLS TAKE OUT THE BATTERY AND PUT IN (time after time), i try that no problem, working nice!

Thanks for everybody, I will try again tomorrow. I have already unlock that phone with GTI, just 5 seconds, and don't need any extend power supply. Anyway , I always think that Cruiser is the best software for all the SE phones.
