Change IMEI in OTP area of an empty board T610 - GSM-Forum

Now I have an empty board T610, in which the OTP IMEI if FFFFFFFFFFFFFF. Does that mean the OTP is not ever programmed?

I wonder if I use Cruiser, can I write the OTP IMEI to others digits such as 35672893000..., . If it does, then I can flash it using normal firmware, no need for the patched AVR file.

Is that right?

Just follow the empty board proggramming procedure.
