Member: 37276 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 29 | i've tested this via field test changed a t610 to t616 R1B firmware and found no 850 channels on the converted whereas my actual t616 only found 850 channels it was a theory that wouldn't work because of antenna limitations and possibly other hardware within the phone |

if the phone has a quad-band chipset within, sure, you can do it but if the phone only has the chipset that will recept on 1900/850, how are you going to get it to recept on a completely different frequency?!?!?! | |
