HI, I still have 10 old cruiser logs why I cannot to using anymore?!

do I get refund at them or exchange to the new cruiser log?!

i have old cuisers logs too, but we can use it for smartphone unlock only.
i think, that support must change it to a new logs.

The PDA unlock ( P990 , M600 , W950) still need two logs ..

Why you cannot use them, are you missing something?
There are no new cruiser logs. You can still use your cruiser logs for flashing and unlocking by patch, which is their purpose.

If something is not working, send here complete log of communication (select and copy/paste from main window). Than we can talk about "credit gone" or no.
