Cruiser Box Tech. Problem (Very Urgent) - GSM-Forum

Respected members,

Today I had some technical difficulties with my cruiser. When I plugged in the box to my computer, both the lights i.e. the red and green glows continiously. Thought that it might be my computer problem, so I connected it to my laptop but same.

No activity of found new hardware or usb device not recognize.

Can anybody assist me?

Does it has hardware problem?? if yes, can it be repaired?

@ajubaba,, remove Card and reseat it again.
one of my Cruiser Boxs, is tempermentle, i have to keep Removing cable, and attaching , before card is Read...

I did it many times, I think it need a repair. Also one thing, when I insert cable RJ45 jack and shake it for a while windows xp detects it as a Cruiser but for a while, then again goes off. But the light remains steady. I think it needs a repair.

Anyways, thanks for your reply. I will take it for repairing in a day or two.

Boxs are quite cheap,
from what you say, it looks as though your box is Iffy.

One more question, I have JAF WM dongle, which is no more useful. Can I use the Cruiser smart card in it?? if yes, then how do I connect the rj45 jack??
