Cruiser can't flash new CID 52 - GSM-Forum

Hello
I have new phone K800i CID 52 from Vodafone. When I try flash software give error "Error flashing block at address: 0x44140000
Script error: Flash error [12.02.78]" what is this? Cruiser can't flash new phone?

Use Full charge batt & DCU-60 cable.

When I use USB cable I have the same error.
