Cruiser Installation Problem

Installed my brand new cruiser into 5 computers using the procedure below.

1. Unpack and install CruiserPrepareA_v1.00.rar
2. Restart PC
3. Install required drivers, they should be located
in "C:\Program Files\OS Update and Drivers"
4. Unpack and install CruiserPrepareB_v1.00.rar
5. Restart PC
6. Unpack and install CruiserInstall_v1.00.rar

It gives me this error.

Any help is appreciated.

This is a matter of middleware installation. The best would be if you could install the fighter first and than Cruiser exe.

Lead is working on new installer - the INNO was not very good choice.

If that didn't help, go to winnt system32 directory and

regsvr32 iopCOM3.dll

restart the comp and try to run it.

thank you mizar for the quick reply. But i dont have FIGHTER Installer. I have not used fighter.

regsvr32 iopCOM3.dll tells me

LoadLibrary("iopCOM3.dll") failed - The specified module could not be found.

@sandman
thank you for the offer. I have unlocked several units now.

@mizar
This should not be the case for a 700USD device with problems with installation software.

Regards,

@alro

if you are a fighter user then i would install it using the fighter setup. I installed cruiser onto a new computer today and i installed older fighter version by following instructions exactly and then i just added the cruiser exe to fighter directory and it worked great for me. very easy.

I managed to get mine installed this way.
Install fighter preinstall, install fighter, install cruiser.exe into fighter folder.
Run cruiser.
Worked for my pc's & laptop.
HTH.
