cruiser installation on vista - GSM-Forum

hi to all members, i tried to install cruiser on vista,
- for egate smart card, i have the new vista drivers (gemalto)
- for fighter cable, i have xp drivers only
- Software version is 10.43

the installation of drivers was successful, but software doesn't reconize the serial number of egate smart card.

please help me solve this problem.

use a good operative system i hate that unlock tools don´t work on linux but you can use XP

think you are going to have to use xp or xp pro Vist will not recognise certian files, on all tools

Hi, vista is not good for fone unlocking. It has very poor coms support. You can try running Virtual PC and installing xp as a virtual OS (or VM Ware). I had vista, but it is now gone and forgotten, I'm back on XP.

Hi. Install cruiser selecting smart-card middleware but not the smartcard driver ( use This one )

Now in Cruiser go to Settings>Authentication and select Gemalto Egate.

pls can someone hepls me with my cruiser
i have visa opration system .
but i just cant use it on my new cruiser
left alone my ufs.
is there a way out

although there are other ideas, cruiser will not work with vista, not sure about visa though, i thought visa was a money card,
however if you are still not happy, please write to
Mr Gates
c/o of the U.S of America
and maybe he will change the system for you

cruiser DO work with vista, i´m using it right now. just need to use new drivers from gemalto ( http://support.gemalto.com/gemdownlo...ad.aspx?id=237 ) for e-gate, and new ftdi drivers ( www.ftdichip.com ).
