hi all

3 days ago i purchase NEW CRUISER PLUS in last 3 days i received several Mobile.....

1 - W700 ;

that moblie not connecting with CRUISER ( Not tested on any other Device )

2 - J220i ;

that mobile also not connecting ( not tested on any other Device )

3 - K700i ;

connecting but can't boot properly ( but its BOOTING on SETOOL3 )

4 - K510i ;

connecting but can't boot Properly (but its BOOTING on UB )

these mobile i got and no any Single mobile can repair with Cruiser plus....

WHAT IS IT ?

i know that Cruiser is Special for Sony Ericcson Mobiles then why these mobile .......... ????

witch mobile is working fine that is connecting also well but witch mobile had a little problem why its not connecting or booting with Cruiser ? is we waist our money to bought it ? what the problem if Cruiser is only for SonyEricsson Mobiles then why its not handle all Problems of SonyEricsson

Cruiser plus is just a card.
Your problem is regarding with port connection.
Im doubt with your cable / driver.

I see that your setool is ok, so here to check it out: remove setool card from the box, put your cruiser+ card there. Well?

ooo yea one thing i got that i have installed INFINITY and SMART CLIP and cruiser plus at one computer .......... when i was plug the cruiser 1st time my computer not ask me any DRIVER may it should be that i must install CRUISER's own DRIVERs ?

i plug my cruiser in other usb port its asked me for DRIVERs of FIGHER CABLE its not ask for smart card drivers

Cruiser Pro has same problam. I try lot of K310i, K510i phone same time boot is ok, same time Terminating threads...All threads terminated. This is cabel problam or software problam??

First of all, if you have any kind of problem, you MUST supply us with communication log from Cruiser. Secondly, it is not possible so the not-connecting is caused by Cruiser. What cable do you use? Is your cruiser+ card recognized by Cruiser at left bottom corner of Cruiser main window?

If you use other products using Schlumberger smartcard, make sure that you have installed all correctly. You can find in help file how to check this.

Finally, it is simple to say not Connecting, buy crappy STool, but problem is somewhere else. Not in Cruiser.

Now, check help, send here communication log and answers on all my questions from above please. Than we can help you.

10000%%%%% agreed with you bro. Now they have a problem, complaining is one way to find solution. And answering the complain is another solution... It end up in no solution, maybe. We cannot blame all this thing to mr mizar,lead or anyone else in the cruiser plus. Its on us who still support their vigor.

hello br faisal dont see about any official support they ever faild about this problem.just do that which set you have facing problem to conecting just attach 4.6 volt power supply with cable problem will be solve its 10000% tested..

bro check cruiser in another computer. i guess ur problem is with the card. see if u can read serial number donw or u see ??????????? this. secondly, see on setting that u have indeed choosen the right port and cable ( lot of different cable, 4-in -1 cruiser is just one of them).
in my opinion, u card is not well installed and this is why u can't connect. unistall the card in device manager, replug donlge, when window detect new hardware, go to program files/ cruiser/ card drivers... and so on.

its a box cruiser pro box problem 100%
not a card or software problem
chack k800 it will connect i had that problem last month with new i replaced box

use old 4in1 cable tested

i am useing K750i's cable ( RJ45 ) that comes with BOX !!

and if there is no any PROBLEM with box then where is problem ?
