cruiser "server" problem?


Hi guys as we all know cruiser is the best tool for sonyericsson and support is very good but the server support it just SUX

1st I flash a k800 i select the option CUSTOMIZE AFTER WRITE RAW FS i select the flash and everything but the tool just ignore the flash proces and jump to customize from loading flash with out flashing the phone. guys on support check my problem and the log that i sent and reply that i should take a video when i had the problem i was like omg who will do that when u are working but i thought wth is just 1 log nvm

2nd while i flash a w850 customize gives error over and over and start lose logs 1st error was CANNOT START GDFS second was EMMA response calculation error (0x0015, 0x0000) Could not unlock CS applet... well i lose 3 logs there and i call the support well the guy that respond was whilling to help and even go inside my pc and try it after like 20 minutes he fix my phone but he got some errors in the process this time the error was CONNECTION CLOSED GRACEFULLY well he saw there was some problems he check my logs even a picture and after all.he say: admin will not pay me back the logs cause there was not prove that i lost logs
even when the log say that i had 33 logs at start and at the end of the log say i have 32 then he came to my pc and he saw i have 31 logs i even send him a picture. well is clear that the support for the server is bad and need attention

well i hope lead can see this and fix it i mean not my problem but the quality of the service in the server

Dear NAFG,

it is currently 3.5 hours that you communicate with us and we are investigating what happens, checking logs on server and trying to find what is going on. I don't understand to your complain on forum when you still also now discuss with our people. You must give us some time until we find what's going on. You can be sure that if there is problem on server side you will not loose anything. Ofcourse, it is also possible that your credit was used for proper service.

iam here as the last resource cause my first problem was like 2 weeks ago and for 2nd i got a final answer (no prove enought to give you back credits) all the answer that i got was we check all no refound of course not using this words but the meaning is the same

I also got problem with server.It shows client/server mismatch detected. I bought logs from cruiserlogs.net few days ago.It worked well before,and now is down.

you just need follow guide on www.cruiserlogs.net/flashing

also, as you can read in guide, after you tick "Another way" you must restart Cruiser...
