!!Cruiser suite always getting error when connecting a phone!!

I always get this error when connecting a phone, I got a cruiser II Pro box, tried 3 different computers and 2 cables .
Need some help .
(the phone I am trying to unlock is a W205)

Try check signed mode and use BOX cable not by USB. bye

ok I tried signed mode and used the box hub
then I get this error

bro i think you have driver problem you have to cleen your system from it

I tried reinstalling the drivers, on different pc's but still same problem
do I need credit for this phone?

dont buy anthing from wgmmmx1 he is a cheater.i sent him money for 1 supreme credit and he never added the credit to my account.he cheated for a lousy 10.70 euro
