@ Cruiser Support Please..Box login Fail - GSM-Forum

@ Cruiser support For some help please.
Have emailed you but no reply yet so Thought would post incase somebody else had same problem and sorted..

couple of days ago whilst flashing a W550i I got the error..
Communication error. Continuing... and now every time I run Cruiser I get Box login Fail.
I have un-installed, re-installed and even tried cruiser on 2 other PC's but still same error..
Any help Please to try and get my Cruiser Going again.

Just as an Update..

I have taken the security card ( sim card ) from with the cruiser holder and tried it in another one but still the same "Box login failed".
I tried a mates card in my cruiser holder and it works 100% Ok and cruiser runs Ok, so it seems that the problem is with the Cruiser card as I have ruled out PC, software, leads and the Card Holder.

Can I get a fix from cruiser support ??

I have tried to contact my reseller but he is no longer in business

i have same problem here. Cant think who you bought your dongle from (honest) What the F%%K IS GOING ON?

Just got reply a few days ago from Mizar (I emailed them at the address on there website) asking for my card ID, emailed that to him and after a few days got the new ID from him. Inputted it into cruiser and Now Cruiser dongle working 100% again.. Yipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Cruiser team still active...
