Just do these simple steps

1. Attach to phone
2. Unlock RSA
3. Direct Unlock
4. Restore firmware

My guess is that he phone is a CID 49, that's why it dosn't work...

Remember to have installed the latest firmware restoral file

Just my 50 cents

hi, Sir, why not try CP-box( www.cp-box.com), it has the best interface for optimizing the cruiser software. maybe it will work.

Do not use 9 voltage (Only with faulty flash ic), the IC will run hot...

Use 3 voltage...

Try cleaning connectors, and check cable... Have you tryed disconnecting and after reconnected cable??

From your attached log I get the concusion that your phone is now unlocked and removed RSA from first 128/256K of phone firmware that's why your phone seems to be dead now. You must restore firmware with cruiser. You can use restore firmware option or the other way is to flash main firmware fully with any SEMC tool.

Cruiser -as I know- can NOT connect via UFS/JAF/Multi-box.

Correct, the phone is unlocked, but he cannot connect to cruiser anymore... Therefore cannot restore firmware...

It's strange that Cruiser couldn't find the phone. Maybe your cable is faulty, check your connection between PC and phone. But you can give a try 4 Zulesku tool too
