Have revived a V800 with RED CID 29 EROM. However when succesfully attaching to cruiser all options are "greyed out" unavailable. On the list of updates you provided, it is written that we may "read codes" from the V800, however i am unable to do this. Any help appreciated.

Hello,

did Cruiser detect V800 successfully? If not, send me the first 6 digits of IMEI.

Unlock RSA is probably also greyed. Is it?

Try select model V800 manualy.

Problem kind of solved. SEMC released an incorrect EROM file and so unlock etc is inpossible. Hope they will fix soon.

This problem was caused by uploading untested SSW file to your phone using 3rd party logger software.
Please note that we cannot support phones destroyed by another software tools in the first place, although we will do as much as possible to help you.
