Hi,

new Smart-Clip's S-Card use same device as Cruiser's dongle. So when you have connected both devices you can get error Box Login Failed (Cruiser communicate with S-Card instead of Cruiser's dongle).

Solution is easy:

go to Settings -> Authentication -> e-gate Smartcard Reader

and change Default to "axalto e-gate 0", close Cruiser and run again, if still Box Login Failed occur, change settings to e-gate 1 or next number.

I've been try to use your solution but still no change.

In the authentication option there's only option "axalto e-gate 0"

Pls.. how i resolve this

yes i havr same problem..so whenever use cruiser remove s=card.....now days lots of smart card mix up and conflict ,jafwm,jaf pkey,infinity,usb-smart smart-clip many.. impossible opreat in one system.....

SE-TOOL, Vygis, S-Card Using Axalto e-gate smart card, all is conflict each other.

not true - we got installed in system many egates and all working, most important that only one device will be connected when you run software

hi .

I have the same problem with both cruiser and Nspro connected to my PC and cruiser program don't detect my dongle till i disconnect Nspro .

you are rite sir.....but not possible to remove every minute other smart card or not possible to disable everytime....

I'm getting the "box login failed" message and nothing else is connected to my computer. I've tried restarting cruiser, restarting PC, reconnecting stuff, and nothing's changing. Help!

Check your if your driver if it's correctly installed if not uninstall the cruiser program ,install it again Full Setup and follow steps of driver installation if you need more infos read Carefully the manual

i have demaged my dongel with mistacke button aktive ...
and box is deaktive mus reaktived from ressller bud ressller not rewrite my mail and cannot nay me help
