Dongle e-gate reader problem ALWAYS! - GSM-Forum

Why I have always problem with Cruiser dongle,
always XXXXXX, so I reboot, reboot, uninstall,
reboot, reboot, and finally perhaps works!

I can't understand I have other e-gate readers,
and they all works well always, like Setool, or
Capitalization... thanks

Have you tried putting the SmartCard itself in a different reader? If all other programs are working ok it shouldn't be a problem.

Also, you don't have people trying to do remote access to your PC do you? That seems to upset SC stuff.

Does the light on your dongle flash when you plug it in?

I have usb dongle all in one!

No remote to my pc.

Yes light go ok when I plug in usb dognle!

I had same problem and now working perfect .
You go programs files , Cruiser , uninstall all driver ( any folder ) and install again one one . Reboot pc and check again .
For me working .
Check .

You open the donlge with a screwdriver, remove the SmartCard and replace it with the other SmartCard... Not hard
