hi room i have w810 who dont attatch in cruiser and showing that message Error retrieving more info set is not going 2 attatch ..plz help

hi,

In cruiser window, before attaching, remove tick from box "Display More Info"

this should help,

I don't think this will fix the problem, this error happens when Cruiser can't see what model you connected, select W810 instead of Autodetect and the info will be correct
