Faulty cruiser dongle
 

I want advice what to do
My cruiser dongle has become faulty and does not work on any usb port anymore.
Always says usb dvice not recognised on 7 computers.
Pleaase can cruiser team advise what to do or where to send back to.

if ur good at soldering then open yor dongle and doit its just abad soldering point or a broken track yor must have bent on 1 side or some loose end or u talk to yor reseller--
