Member: 42570 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 11 | You have two cables with the same EEPROM ID. Thus when you plug them both in you get a conflict. I remember a post Lead made a while ago about SphereGSM not doing his job properly and sending out cables with the same ID set. Maybe that's the problem? I very much doubt UnlockCellular would be selling cables like this, but it's always possible a few might slip through quality control or something. Anyway he's already offered to help you out. |

I would send one of the cables back and ask nicely for a replacement cable. | |

Member: 21920 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 10 | Back on the gsmbb forum there were instructions for reprogramming it yourself- the cable can act as an EEPROM programmer with the right software installed. There was also a link to the software. Unfortunately, that was owned by SphereGSM and is now gone... I would just ask Unlockcellular for a replacement, like muppet said |
