Fighter Problem

Hey everyone,
I need help with the Fighter.
I installed all the software and the preinstall setup v1.4 and 1.5, then the fighter setup v3.1 and 4.1.
Whenever I open the software I just get the message "no box connected" and S/N ?????????.
I've tried everything that says on the help files. I tried uninstalling everything and installing it again, but nothing. I do not know what else to do....
Please let me now what can I do to make it work.
I am using Windows XP Professional with SP2.
Thanks
Guayo

Whenever I go to Diagnostic Tool--> Connected Readers I only get "FT SCR200 0" and "FT SCR2000 1" I do not see the e-gate as said in the help file.
I reinstalled the Cyberfex Access e-gate Drivers but don't get anything....
Do you think that's the problem? If that's it... how can I fix it?
Thanks
Eduardo

Before you install the preinstall v 1.X, When you plug-in your fighter dongle, is the windows xp sense new USB device? If detected the problem is in e-gate dongle driver. Have you try install using old version (v2.51)?

I checked with the USB View Tool and the computer does detect the e-gate and the UC-10, but the fighter software gives me the message “no box connected”.
I haven’t try with the 2.51 Version… do you have a Link where I can download the file?
Thanks
Guayo

Are you using white dongle with "Phillips" TM or silver dongle with Led? I don't have any idea about the link, but I still have it. The point is not the software version, but the driver included in the installation. Please PM your e-mail address, I will send the driver.

I'm not sure wether the drivers are compatible for both dongle or not, but I never have problem since the begining. I'm also using silver dongle with LED. @fuzionGSM, check your mail.

I tried installing on pc with ME at first couldnt see the program but eventually got program up but got the classic sn ????-???? and card not found even though the pc recognised when card inserted. Ive now put it on XP and get standard version and my serial number but the soft doesnt do anything. the pc recognises when cable connected and obviously the card. I have the White Philips Dongle with LED and running version 2.51 as uptil now havent even been able to register on any support as didnt know the serial number. IS IT A VERSION PROBLEM? or just the operator (ie myself)?

@guayo
Check your mail.

@fuzioGSM
Is the S/N still ????-????
If the S/N appear then tou can start using your Fighter. To register for an account, you also need S/N. To get it, just double click the option tab.

@instaphone
What OS version are you using?

@FU too
You can download the update from hakima's web site or Nizze (for Nizze access account, you have to request by mail to him)
