which flash file to use to flash k500i - GSM-Forum

hi,

i have a k500i that keeps freezing. i want to flash it but dont know which files to use.

the Cruiser website has three k500 folders:

K500_F500_R2Y005

K500_F500_R2AA003

K500_F500_R2AE033

whats the difference between the three and which do i use.

also, once in, which folder do i get the files from - i suppose its Zone1 - but am i correct?

check your phone version using *button and joystick movement by the following movement...

*<*>>*>

Then go to the software information and see which version is there.

Then download the same version.

If you download flash files from Zone 1 you will get the european region files.

the file
K500_F500_R2AE033
is laset update if u like to update ur phone to last firmware
u can update main firmware and RAWFS from anyone u like
ps most be both from the same versson
