It's possibble to flash K700 with new fighter 4.33???

The only part you can flash is the firmware part of the phone.
You're unable to unlock/decustomise the phone, for this you need the excellent Cruiser software.

if you really are stuck though, and need to flash before you can get cruiser you can user the "loggers" with your fighter cable.
