Fount corrupt file on mirror - someone got uncorrupt file?

Hi

I found a corrupt file on the mirror of cruiser (http://gsmdownload.net/microengineerswww/). In

Flashes_EMP_SEMC/AVR_Year2003/T610_T618/R6C005_signed/AVR

you can't find all AVR file which having round 4,3 MB. Only the EU2 file is about 2.9 MB and when you download it, its corrupt. Does someone have an incorrupt file?

I need the EU 2 file.

nope sorry, same problem on this server too...
and as i said, the server was down.

I have too noticed these problems with the www.mycruiser.org server.

It seems to timeout before the download is 100% complete, thus making I.E think it's downloaded it all and terminates, thats what gives you the corrupt file on your harddrive.

This needs sorting Nizze, it was discussed before when you changed download count from 1 file per I.P to unlimited (as you said)...

If you dont know whats causing it then backup, format, restore the server... should fix it.

All is moved to new server.
Site is running without PHP and limits.
It is only a some people that have problem, if it was server problems all shod have same problem.

Tell me one thing....
If you backup, format and then restore the server will all problems go away then?

Don't think so, if you restore server with backup all problems will be the same, when you backup server the things that is wrong goes in backup too and restores back, so new install is better, and it is done on new server.

I will check the files, EU2 file in Flashes_EMP_SEMC/AVR_Year2003/T610_T618/R6C005_signed/AVR folder is not full, I will fix that one, and I will look on LG_u8380_u_8380_v10d_red41 too.

Nizze, if you was to backup files, then restore - you wouldnt be having the PHP problems that where causing this, this is what I ment, now with my webserver, it gives me loads of options for backing up - backup php, sql, cgi-bin, forum, chat, anything basically that is a plugin on the server by done seperatley - then restore individually, same with files - my online FTP Client on my server has the option to backup "Files Only" - this is what I was assuming you would do.

I understand that clean install on server should fix it, if not then a complete new server should do - but if it's only in PHP ini's the problem, then a backup and restore of files + format of server's php setup etc would have done the job.

Anyhow mate, we all respect your server and hope it continues for as long as possible...

Please check Cruiser mirror again, it should now be fixed - Cruiser team now have good copy of this
