if u r not aware of to recognise phone by model
then identify phones with cruiser suite 13.20

db3150 is free
db2020 full unlock paid
db2020 patch unlock free
db2012 full unlock paid
db2012 patch unlock free.

u can patch unlock (db2012 n db2020) with SE A1 fast java unlocker.

ps
u got db2020 which is unlockable free by SE A1 fast java unlocker just in case if thats not full locks closed
which can be checked by keys <**<
