Hi there

It's pretty easy if you follow these instructions:

1. Download U8120_drive_c_v101_Brown17.flp from Cruiser support site
2. Make sure the handset is turned off and connect the cable#
3. Press "Attach".
4 Go to "Flash" tab and click "Flash ARM", select the U8120_drive_c_v101_Brown17.flp file
5. Once flashing is complete, go to "Locks" tab and click "Read Codes", phone will automatically detach once reading codes is complete, unplug cable from the handset
6. Put un-accepted sim into the handset and when "Usim Blocked" message appears tap in 2945#*88110 and then click ok when unlock menu appears
7. Type in NCK code from the list of codes cruiser gives you and then tap OK
8. If all goes ok, the handset should say "Success!"
9. Restart the handset, and voiala! The phone is unlocked!
