please any body help me that i could not connect some model like k510i and w 810i with crusier ver 13.20 why in the mean while i connect them with setoollite with usb cable dcu 60 very easy please help me my english not very good

How are you trying to conect

for connect via USB please click on USB logo then click on attach and connect while press C button (you can use also 2, 2-5, 2-*) and ready

obviously you must have a cruiser dongle

use Rj45 cable through the Box.... not Usb.
