No, you can't!

Same is with converting S710a to S700. It's a hardware thing. You must resolder the radiounit and after that it's not sure if the software would be able to work.

cruiser is only for software,and frequencies change with hardwarez ok?

So why you ask, if you think you know for sure, it's possible.

Anyway, I think it's not possible. SE makes some nice hidden gimmicks like same HW at K750 and W800 or quite similar HW on P900 and P910, but they won't place a quad-band radiounit in a phone and won't use it.
