i input user_xxxxxxx to password
i do job unlog t303 it wrongpassword

user_xxxxxxxx is your username, not your password. You received password when you bought logs first time, this password is not changed when next logs are added to your account. So always keep your password on safe place.

interesting about supreme logs

hi i bought some supreme logs a month and a half ago, im still waiting from reseller and cruiser support to deliver, but no correct answer, maybe one day ill recieve them.
1.- i recieved dclient, (maybe my mistake but reseller only diplayed supreme)
2.- i cleared about cruiser no d client and sent my original card id and original password, recieved the first time. but i recieved new user and new password that says wrong all times.
3.- no one tells u that every time you press get credit info, your card id changes
4.- i thought that resellers new about all this info "You received password when you bought logs first time, this password is not changed when next logs are added to your account." so why i recieved several different passwords if i sent original one
5.- i thought as well that i was the one making mistakes every time i pressed get credit info. but its interesting that after several card id changes, im still able to use the first password i recieved, with 0 credit but no wrong message.
6.- please post and let your resselers know all this info, so i can recieve my credits to my password.
the last email i sent a copy to your support was

always best way for you is contact your reseller, not write here on forum. If your reseller doesn't reply, or you are not satisfied with his support, buy logs from other reseller next time.


So any other with password problem, contact directly your resellers and remember user_xxxxxx is not password, it is your username.
