It say's that you MUST reflash main firmware part on phone.
It will be file S700i_CXC125935_EU1_R3M008_Red29.cs7sw
Not S700i_CXC125941_EU4_R3M008_Red29.cs7fs

And be sure that you have good power in battery

i reflash main firmware part ,i get the same probblem ,any new idea

when u reflash main firmware u need to reflash fs and costmize the phone and shutdown fs and evrything will be ok

@AmirGSM: Please read before posting. His problem is he's having problems flashing the RawFS file.

@Gsm-Unlock: If you keep getting that error at exactly the same place then I suspect you have a faulty flash chip, nothing to be done apart from replace it or prehaps heat it. If you keep getting the error at different addresses then ensure you are using a fully charged battery and try lowering the baud rate.
