Help to solve this problem of V800 calling error - GSM-Forum

Hi friends,
i have tried the same procedure as you have explained in your mail, but
still same thing no matter if i convert v800 to z800i or just flash with another v800 file. i have tried2pcs of v800 to convert z800i but it didn't worked
then i just flashed v800 file but same result, when i take the phone near the radio and dial any number it start giving signal and when press "END" after that also it continious give the signal noise it disconnect itself after some time, i cannot make calls but if i call to this phone it recieve the call but when i press "YES" to accept the call it doesn't accept the call in the phones pls advice.our network frequency is 900MHZ it seems to me that might be the software problem pls advice. thanks for your kind help.

Sounds like the phone(s) are blacklisted.

but these 2 phones are brand new from display showcase both are from different merchants.

hello my friend found any solution for this problem in v800 i have 2 from vodaphone we have 4 networks around here 3 networks on 900 band and 1 on 1800 band out of which 2 of 900 and 1 on 1800 are working but 1 on 900 band is not working no outgoing and no incoming and customer wants his set to work on this network only (its AIRTEL)---regards--cpukiller
