|  help~why my crusier is not working?? My computer was not installing the "e-gate" automatically. i tried to install it manually like what the cruiser manual said, but it was still not working.. can someone help me with this, appreciate. |

| What operating system do you have? Are you installing version Cruiser v13.01 or one of our component applications (PDA flasher, A2 flasher, CDA changer, ...) ? Is there any other smart card installed at your computer ? Please provide more info. |
