there are some problmz with k750 cid49 phones with cruiser and ne firmware
ok there are some tricks to complete flash
if u flash main + fs and wen u ll try customize it ll stop at acknowlage and phone blinking
and u cant sustomize
4 customizing and restore firmware u need to unlock rsa again and this way to damage firmware again.
i tried all these things then i found this solution
1)first unlock rsa
2)restore firware
3)flash main + fs
4)dnt cutomize detech phone and reattach
5)convert it to brown and customize this time u ll not get acknowlage error
and then unlock
back to red
phone is ok and working well

Or After Flashing FS Customize it...But do not ShutDown FS

did you tryed with new k750 hardware (locked-erom)?????

i have simular problems but worse, my wont go past "waiting acknoledgment" part, even if i unlock RSA. The phone was originally brown cid and i changed it to red but now wont change back, will flash main and fs but wont customise or restore firmware. niteware, sum1 plz help!!!! k759 cid49red db2010 (was brown)

if you stel have this problem then use usb-smart and do restore back up it work with me many times
