how do know if my dongle is pro4 version - GSM-Forum

i bought cruiser, it was said to be activated as pro4 version. i am not sure if it is pro4. i have 2 cables and when i connect cables and launch cruiser, ports 2 and 4 are Highlighted but i can only launch one window at a time. i am wondering if i am using cruiser standard or pro4 version. if i am using pro 4 how do i launch more than 1 window?

In the lower left window there is a box next to your SN. When the dongle is connected properly, it will say Cruiser Standard or Cruiser Pro4, etc....

What does it say?

and just now have PRO16
before this time the old ver that is STD ver.can update to PRO4 too!

it says cruiser standard. i bought from unlockcellular they sold it as pro 4.
how do i get pro4 version?

Go to the settings at the bottom and double click the tabs at the top. You will get an Activation tab. Go there and generate a card ID. Do this only ONCE. Send the CardID to your reseller and he will give you back the activation code to upgrade to Pro4. He probably just had this dongle in stock since before Pro4 was the "standard."

my dongle just says "cruiser pro"! i upgraded from fighter to cruiser pro 4 as i was told!
what went wrong?

I don't believe Cruiser will say Pro4 in the bottom, it will only say Pro.
I don't think there's any way to test what "Pro" version you have, other than to try and open as many windows as possible and see how many it'll let you.

I could of course be wrong!

I believe Pro=Pro16. I thought it said how many you were licensed for, but maybe I am wrong. I have Pro16, so no way to tell here.

I have pro4 and itr does only say pro in the left corner.
I try to open 4 windows and no problem.

I wrote that it show only "PRO" and nothing more !!!!!!!!!
And I have PRO4.
If i have PRO2? could i open 4 connections in that case?
