How to recover W810


Pls solve my prob

i have one W810 which is dead by HWK
now i connect with Cruiser it shows
System diagnostics passed.
Version 9.74 ready!

[ --- Attach to Phone --- ]
Connecting via Fighter USB Cable...
Powering on the phone...
Baseband chip ID: 0x8040
Protocol version: 3.1
Baudrate = 460800Bd
Phone color: None
Flash certificate: -
All threads terminated.

If i try to recover it shows like

Baseband chip ID: 0x8040

Baudrate = 460800Bd
Trying CID49 recovery applet...
Sending applet prologue...
All threads terminated.


How to recover this phone in working condition

This indicates flat battery... Try a fully charged battery...

when i connect phone on usb smart it comes up with:
Switch phone ON
ERROR: Certificate not find. Please use Recovery!

any suggestions?

Use recovery method to restore the certificate. Repair the cert. Attach phone in normal mode and you will have your cert back.

can't even attach the phone - all i keep getting is all threads terminated.
its really frustrating lol

try with setool if you have

2nd .. use tespoint method if cruiser support ,,
you said phone was working condition. then you got ur phone back alive

i don't have setool - i can try it via testpoint but just need the picture if anyone has this.

i did try it via recovery boot on cid49 but this terminated all threads aswell.

hm...
maybe im wrong but cruiser dosent have tp support for
W810i because no need for it...

try connect with speed set to lowest and choose manually model

right - i have just tried at the lowest speed & manually selected handset but i am still getting the same problem. if anyone has had this problem in the past & managed to resolve it - your input would be greatly appreciated.

And you are 100% positive that the battery is working and is fully charged... You could instead of battery use 3.6 voltage external power supply...

i'm already using a power supply - i know that the voltage is defo correct.
