I use to always get 4 locks on T610/T630s after rebuilding security,

So I started removing and replacing the battery after process has finished then turning the handset on

T200 for the moment

Attach the phone.
Go to Security I tab.
Click Create Security I

When it is finished, you should have 4 locks open
