I'm still waiting for solution for unlock band in my z 1010i many soft can do it without ane problems......

By the way, as far as I understood Lead posts, on next update (in 3/4 days) it will be possible...

Attach the phone. (Unlock RSA if needed).
Save its security zone into a file.
Then restore security zone from the file Z1010_GSM900_GSM1800.mdc.
Turn off the phone.
Attach the phone again.
Read codes.
Optionally you may decustomize the phone now.

Yes, that's why it's handy to have Cruiser, to repair the damage it does.

I 've K500 with no network. maybe it's the same problem??
Where can I find the file to K500 ??

Hello ersa,

You can check this in the service menu:

Service menu = -> ; * ; <- ; <- ; * ; <- ; *

then "Service info" --> "Configuration" and then you see there your IMEI, and a little bit more down, you see your bands (GSM900 GSM1800 ...) if your band is listed there, then it's another problem... If not Lead or Mizar can help you (They are the bests!)
