How to unlock LG 8130 v106+?

Im trying to unlock this model but i'm enable to do it with cruiser,i've flasherd the phone with the flash in the web,but no succes ,after doing full factory reset aldo nothing,it doesn't let me enter the codes.

I'am 100% sure you don't use sim card inside phone.So put any sim card in to phone then type 2945#*88110#

This is what I did with Lg8120 V105+ which would'nt let me entre codes after flashing 'drive' file. I found out it was because some else has tried to unlock it before and the simlock has gone corrupt.

1. Lock the phone back to 'any' network other then 3G with Cruiser.
2. Insert the simcard of the network you locked to, if its still simlocked then flash the phone agian with 'drive V101' with Cruiser.
3. Do the factory reset after flashing.
4. Insert simcard of the network you locked to, now it should find the network Ok and is ready to entre codes agian with 2945#*88110#.
5. Read codes with Cruiser and entre codes with DIFFERENT network simcard in the phone.
