I experienced this many times, check your cable connection to the phone. Clean/fix any bad contacts between the cable and the phone.

Each type of cable must be configured manually, did you do that?

mashi: No, it doesn't. It will be detected as a Fighter Cable. I suspect you haven't installed the cable in windows properly. Remove all Fighter cables listed in the "Ports" section of Windows, then plug your cable back in. Windows will ask to search for drivers, point it to c:\Program Files\OS Updates\Fighter Cable (that might not be perfect, I am going from memory)

Then find out what port windows assigns to the cable, and select "Fighter Cable" for that port in the Fighter Settings. It should then work. If not, you might have damaged your cable prehaps?

If you still get stuck, get VNC working on your PC and let me know your IP address, I'll check your configuration remotely.

Hello mashi,

That's a driver problem. If you said its a DSS-20 (or 25) ther should be DSS-2x... I had ame problem with fighter cable, after a completly uninstall from the drivers an reinstall with full-manual mode, i could make it to work...

Sorry for my very ad english

--> uninstall the old driver
--> restart PC
--> plug in cable
--> give the driver location (in full-manual driver mode )
--> Install drivers from SE-Site bye DSS-2x or from the OS Update dir by Fighter Cable...

Hope I could help!

Sven
