hi

I bought a cruiser box about 60 days ago but I cant use it until now my box is inactive and I send a message to my reseller and he send me some codes but not working and he said :
so u already re-make one card id , u need direct send to cruiser team :

Cruiser <cruiser@microengineers.cc> , he will solve for u .

and I send a mail to this link but dont answer to me now if some body can help me please help aria_mobile2000@yahoo.com

Can you read Card ID at all? Or does Cruiser not even recognise the dongle?

If it doesn't recognise the dongle, reinstall Cruiser with *all* options ticked, reboot your PC then try again.
