Question I've lost my dongle, then what to do?


yesterday i've lost my cruiser dongle somewhere on my hometown
or maybe stealed by someone, im not really sure about that.
Well thats OK, all my fault then. but now i've just wondering about this.

1. if we a cruiser customer lost the dongle should we buy a new one.
or buy 4 a replace one (same id just 4 cause if we looked on
the point 2)?
2. if i was buying cruiserlog and lost my dongle then what happened to the
logs? will it be transfered, lost or void. (thankfully i hasn't buying cruiser
logs on that card )

this is a human error case, so what would cruiser team do 4 this case.

thnx U 4 replying this threads, cause it will be really helped 4 me.
and other *******r who had the same problems and had a logs in the card.
and pardon me if this threads wasnt really important 4 U.

you should buy ather one no warenty for stolen or lost dongle

all logs u have can be transfered to new one but you have to contacte ur resseler and give them new ID [/QUOTE]

Buy another Cruiser AND inform Cruiser Team of the old dongle serial number (hopefully you have recorded it, your reseller might also be able to help)

Then hopefully they will disable it for you in future versions, so that if stolen it won't be of much use to someone for long.
