J132 can't unlock or flash but take credit

i have to unlock j132 incorrect sim. i first try unlock without server(unsigned mode) phone said unlock ok but with sim stil incorrect sim. i try with server (signed mode) but it said unlock ok and take one credit but still lock so try again said error or already unlock... i try flash it with flash file i got but can't accept flash only fail.

what solution now?
