j300i cannot unlock


i have here j300i. it powered on by cruiser but i cant unlock it. i entered the codes but not allowed.. hopin somebody from the experts can help me.

i entered the nck and the other manually but not allowed...

@rzmadjid2.
if i put a simcard it indicate insert correct simcard

is there sulotion for this problem? pls, pls.... tia

yeah it seems it already unlock but, why does if i insert simcard it indicate insert correct simcard?

Dear if yopur phone is already unlocked and still gives Insert correct SIM card, try customising it.

The problem will be sorted.
