As u say support is not down thats true every thing is shown but when we try to download it its not working for us.....thats true.I have been checked it......Plz check ur side.....Good luck...Plz sollve our problems as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!

What problem you have when trying to download?
Seems that it is just some that have problems.

Yes I know some just not want to listen.
They just want to make noise and not have there’s eyes open.
