I Use The Method From The Manual And It Works For Me 100%

1. Attach Phone
2. Unlock RSA
3. Remove And Re-Insert Battery.
4. Attach Phone
5. Restore Firmware (If Restoral File Cannot Be Found, Flash Main FW and FS And Customize The Phone)
6. Clear Direct Lock Code

Best Regards

You are wrong... After you have restored firmware you will have to unlock rsa agin, as a firmware restore will restore the 128/256 kb of main firmware where the RSA protection lays...

The correct procedure is:
1. Attach Phone
2. Unlock RSA
3. Remove And Re-Insert Battery.
4. Attach Phone
5. Direct Unlock
6. Restore firmware

Volia your phone is unlocked and fully working...

Sorry to inform you of this but my way is RIGHT (you way may be right also) and is in accordance with cruiser_v.9.72_guide.pdf.

Download it from the support section, and read it under page 91

section: newer phones with locked-down EROM area.

My way is tried and tested 100%

Best regards

I have never used this method... Never... I always do direct unlock...

My method works 2... But I do not understand why this method works... Firmware restore will also restore the RSA protection...
