try unlock RSA:

Defeating RSA protection...
Waiting for the phone to turn off...
Should the communication hang, reinsert battery.
Baudrate = 460800Bd
Sending applet prologue...
Sending applet body...
Defeated!
Sending CS applet...
Done.
Phone automatically detached.

And in error window i see:

No response from applet
Error: Could not initialize GDFS access.
--------

This problem in hardware ?

All has begun with that at flash on 44 % there was a mistake of record to the address of: 0x44400000
Now i can not flash phone, without unlock RSA it's impossible.

Sounds like hardware, are you sure your battery is charged though??
