Why there is no customization option for Arabic laguage in cruiser V10.6

MidEast_NorthAfr no customization option is active
SouthAsia_Levan no customization option is active olso

i want to costomize it after flashing
no costomize option for this language package
take a looke of costomization menu and you well know what i want
