try this solution:

1-batterie full charged
2-clean connector
3-select manually your phone model
4-select baudrate to 460800 (best is 115200)
5-uncheck "analyse configuration" + uncheck "display more info"

Cruiser attachment problem can be solved by only by using cable with external powersupply. Tested by me.
