Mate! Try Following Step For (Please Wait)

1.Attach Phone
2.Unlock RSA (Take Out Battery And Re-Insert It)
3.Attach Phone
4. Restore Firmware
5.Direct Unlock

when phone is not hw damaged then make direct unlock and willbe ok
but bether way for unlock is
attach
unlock rsa
cable and battery
attach
direct unlock
attach
restore firmware

Please wait is missing settings id assume
so the process of direct unlock re sets the settings needed to work.

Just following Mily solution will solve everytime

attach with setool, in setting check complete phone,press unlock repair set will be fine...................

Dear all :

Do Full Flash k510i with setool with complete phone and unlock after flash options . your problem will be solved . its 100% tested soluation .
