K550i not/ error customize

The applet has intentionally turned the phone off!
Script error: Unspecified [12.10.88]

After error on customize the phone is dead..
Please anyone told me how can realive it.!

You need to connect your phone using a DCU-60 USB cable.

Your log file says you are using a UC-10 cable, have you opened the correct window in cruiser? USB connection toggle is just to the right of port 16

Bugger, have you tried cleaning the connection port on the handset and using a fully charged battery?

Sorry to go back to basics but I can't think what else could be your problem.

The mobile is New i try to change only language and i have this serious problem.
